A 4 week, women only, outdoor fitness program designed for weight loss and muscle toning for women at any age or fitness level. We will push you above and beyond what you think you can do. "Fitness in the Park" is a mental and physical commitment to yourself for achieving maximal results over a short period of time. We will analyze your habits and make "realistic" suggestions to help you achieve your fitness goals
No personal training, just nutritional counseling ($60)
We will sit down with you and discuss "realistic" ways to achieve weight loss through proper dieting, and educate you on how you can maintain your healthy patterns.
Executive wellness ($$ determined at proposal)
Half hour sessions comprised of 20 min of exercise followed by 10 min of massage.
Employee weight loss challenge ($$ determined at proposal)
A 6 week program designed to improve the health and working atmosphere of your employee's. We will track and monitor the weight loss of your employees on a weekly basis. At the end of 6 weeks we will determine who has lost the most weight and body fat and that person will win cash! Minimum 30 participants. Cash pay out equal to half of money collected. (winners minimum = $375). There are many other ways to increase the participant cash prize. Call for details.
Sports Training & Testing
Sports team programs ($$ determined at proposal)
Off season programs include fitness testing, strength & conditioning programs, supervised sport specific exercise, motivational incentive programs (guided group fitness for students on school premises designed to increase strength and cardiovascular endurance.
Fitness testing ($60 single, $250 team)
We'll come to your home, fitness center, gym, or school an perform a battery of fitness test relevant to your sport including but not limited too: body fat analysis, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, and vertical jump. Prices double for pre and post testing.
Educational seminars (FREE except for Fitness 101)
We will come to your company office, company lunch, neighborhood fitness center, or other location and present a professional educational seminar on whatever health/fitness/wellness subject you choose. (10 person minimum).
Fitness 101 ($$ determined at proposal)
A series of classes where we will present, the benefit of proper diet, exercise, and healthy lifestyle)
